A proven plan and accountability for holiday success

I've designed, short and effective holiday workouts to target waist, hips, and thighs over five weeks, beginning November 22 - December 27. It is a complete resistance and cardio program designed to burn fat, increase balance, flexibility and strength.

This is not a workout in a box where you're left without coaching or accountability. I'm going to be active in your day. You don't have to think about what to do. I've planned it all based around the workouts I do myself. And, you don't need any equipment. You will have all five weeks mapped out Day1, Day 2, etc.

Lastly, I will be checking in with you via group email each day to support you when your unsuspecting neighbor delivers the plate of holiday cookies.
